Requirements • At least 1+ years’ experience in the travel industry, in a customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, culture, and trends.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding travel sales targets.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
