Could you be the full-time Train Reliability Data Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and reliability expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside committed and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute directly to improving the service reliability performance of our mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (after-sales service, engineering, project management), summarize reports and service incidents/failures encountered on test trains and at our clients, and propose continuous improvement actions.
You’ll specifically take care of statistical analysis of fleet performance in service reliability and manage the CMMS database (reliability part) but also coordinate with different stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
Feeding the Train Reliability Data Analysts with service reports to be analyzed.
Preparing and presenting analyses of service incidents/failures during internal monitoring meetings.
Defending Alstom's interests with stakeholders, including customers.
Performing statistical analyses to monitor service reliability performance.
Providing reliability analysis reports for internal teams and customers.
Ensuring compliance with RAM Métier processes and instructions.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure service reliability demonstration plan compliance.
Proposing continuous improvement actions to optimize tools and processes.
Delivering RAMS analyses compliant with QCD work package commitments.
Proactively challenging RAMS data/results to enhance adequacy and consistency.
Seeking technical understanding of Alstom products to better assess performance and improvement areas.

General technical and functional knowledge in the railway field (rolling stock). Training in RAMS competency will be provided.
Skills in statistics and reliability measurement methods.
8 years' experience or understanding of database management and development tools (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer and product orientation.
Ability to structure and adopt practical approaches.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong time management skills.
Sense of priorities.
Structured and organized with a hands-on approach.
