Key Responsibilities
TRO Coordination & Delivery:
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs)
Coordinate with UK-based teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery
Technical Interpretation:
Interpret maps, drawings, and technical highway plans
Validate accuracy of TRO inputs
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with engineers, legal teams, and project managers in the UK
Support communication and documentation workflows
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare documentation for legal drafting and consultations
Maintain accurate records aligned with UK regulations
Process & Quality Assurance:
Review TRO documentation for compliance
Improve workflows and templates
Operational Support:
Coordinate meetings and support TRO Managers
Responsibilities
Quality checks of data and drawing outputs;
Take ownership of tasks assigned and search for solutions where required;
Zeal to grow self and dedication towards working independently/ with minimal guidance where required;
Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies;
Clear communication (verbal and written) with colleagues in India and the UK on all matters – project related technical communication and day-to-day matters;
Work within project constraints; such as time, budget and resource; and
Attend and contribute in team and project meetings;
Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline.

Mandatory Skills
Essential skills
Strong ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and technical drawings (desirable not mandatory)
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills (UK-facing role)
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote/global setup
Proficiency in MS Office and digital mapping tools (e.g., GIS platforms) · Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, including Geography, English, Engineering, Legal or any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills
