What would you do? 1. In-depth understanding of Compensation processes (like Annual Compensation processes, Incentive Adminstration, Market Surveys & Job Evaluations) supported by Accenture for different geographies. Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free. 2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory/regulatory requirements and special handling procedures. 3. Drive Business Excellence within Team and support BE Focal. Liaise with Business Excellence Team as required. 4. Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible. 5. Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and trans Compensation & Benefits refers to the total rewards that employees receive from their employer. What are we looking for? Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically. Liaise with BCM Team and Local IT on Testing. Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment. Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon. Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required. Assume the ownership of the process documentations/Work instructions and communicate the updates to the team in a timely manner. Monitor/Review along with team on administrative and operational activities within the allotted team to ensure achievement of operational or deal objectives. • Monitor/measure performance through metrics, audits and other processes to ensure that organizational initiatives are in place and goals are achieved. • Manage and improve people performance and align them with organizational goals and objectives. • Provide business Development support to the Service Delivery Manager and the client services team through active participation in client visits and other initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
