Expanded PS Responsibilities (Leadership, Employee Support & Process Improvement) • Lead and coordinate team tasks to achieve department objectives. • Coach and support team members in developing technical competencies. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guidelines, and HR procedures. • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Organize and monitor workflow to meet service level expectations. • Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors. • Participate in cross functional initiatives related to People Services and payroll optimization. •Skills, Experience & Education (General Across All Towers) • Minimum 2 years relevant experience (varies by tower requirements). • Strong understanding of interconnected financial processes. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads. • Strong communication skills—written and verbal. • High attention to detail; strong analytical mindset. • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures PS Profile – What You Bring • Experience in payroll and benefits across multiple jurisdictions. • Post secondary education in HR, Business, or related field. • Certifications in business analysis, QA, process improvement, or change management are assets. • Demonstrated leadership experience (team or project). • Strong track record in process improvement and automation. • Exceptional customer service orientation. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Ceridian, PowerPay) is an asset.
Roles and Responsibilities: Scope: Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, HR Compliance Core Payroll & Benefits Responsibilities • Review and validate timesheets; identify and escalate discrepancies. • Ensure timely and accurate bi weekly payroll processing in Workforce Management System • Administer benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes. • Maintain employee personal data; communicate discrepancies. • Maintain cosmetic commission databases; support commission processing and WFM entry. • Ensure T4s, government forms, and legislative filings are accurate and submitted on time. • Manage other employment programs and payroll-related compliance. • Quebec: Complete CNESST documentation for injured employees or preventative maternity leave. • Maintain corporate discount program enrollment for eligible employees. •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
