An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years in Due Diligence experience with any bachelor's degree. Should be flexible working in night shifts. Open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary.
Key Competencies:
1. Having worked on First American processes is added advantage, experience of working on applications like Data Trace, Data
2. Tree and on the Title Plants applications.
3. Should have enough experience working on Full search, Developer Deed search using starters is must.
4. Nationwide search experience with experience of working on multiple applications.
5. Examine the search package.
6. Verify the chain of titles
7. Verify all open lines and judgements.
8. Consider all the ancillary documents.
9. Review the veracity of documents on title perspective
