THIS IS YOUR ROLE" Role description: Test Professional - Performance of testing on various products as per Test order assigned in “e-lab” - Test lab planning, scheduling, Offer, submission, and approval - Test lab revenue monitoring & reporting - Coordination of type tests with internal or external testing laboratories - Acceptance of the test specimen / identity check - Support during performance of tests. - Preparation of test report and communication of results. - Handling of calibration of test equipment’s, Preventive maintenance of testing equipment - Collaboration within project teams, Operations, Quality, EHS, procurement. - Contribution in procurement of test equipment’s, lab routine requirements, accessories, etc - Maintaining 5S housekeeping in laboratory, overall aesthetics, layouts etc - Active participation in continual improvement drive in the complete facility - Contribution in NABL accreditation of test lab - Collaboration with GOA test laboratory for technical/Testing topics EHS - Ownership of EHS in Monitoring, reporting of UA/UC - Ensuring zero accident culture in test laboratory operations - Maintaining documentations of EHS requirement, HIRA, SOPs, Work permits, - Participation in the internal audits, external audits - Act as role model of complete EHS ownership.
