Test Automation Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :


Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python

• Work with HMI test frameworks like UniTAS / GTS

  
  

• Validate UI flows, screen transitions, and user interactions

  
  

• Automate regression and functional test scenarios

  
  

• Analyze test results and debug issues with dev teams

  
  

• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks/scripts

  
  

• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines

  
  

• Ensure test coverage and quality for HMI featureMentor junior engineers and review code

  
  

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Experience :4-5 year

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong hands-on in Python

• Experience with HMI test frameworks like UniTAS / GTS

  
  

• Good understanding of UI/HMI testing (screen flow, usability, responsiveness)

  
  

• Automation skills for functional and regression testing

  
  

• Debugging and issue analysis skills

  
  

• Knowledge of:

  
  

  • API testing (REST)

    
    

  • Basic scripting & data handling

    
    

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)

    
    

• Familiar with:

  
  

  • Version control (Git/SVN)

    
    

  • Test case design and test management tools

    
    

• Basic understanding of:

  
  

  • Embedded systems / HMI platforms

    
    

  • Linux environment (nice to have)
