We are looking for: Software Test Architect - IoT & Cloud You’ll make an impact by: · Test Vision & Strategy: · Define and communicate a clear, long-term Test Vision aligned to product and business goals · Establish future-ready testing practices demonstrating automation, observability, AI, and cloud-native principles. · Drive organization-wide adoption of quality as a core engineering team. · Partner Management & Influence: · Act as the central authority for test architecture and quality decisions · Influence Product, Architecture, Engineering, and DevOps leadership · Drive alignment between business priorities and quality outcomes · Clearly communicate quality risks, trade-offs, and release readiness · Build strong Partner relationships to embed a quality-first attitude across teams · Test Architecture & Engineering Excellence: · Define and govern scalable test architecture across UI, API, system, and integration layers · Influence system design with testability and traceability requirements · Ensure end-to-end validation of complex workflows and distributed/cloud-native systems (Azure/AWS) · Automation, DevOps & Tools Ecosystem · Define end-to-end automation strategy across all testing layers · Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows across cloud and hybrid environments · Establish and govern tools · Cloud-Native Quality Engineering (Azure & AWS): · Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms · Design and validate scalable, distributed, and cloud-native systems · Ensure testing of cloud services, microservices, containers, and hybrid integrations · Validate scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance in cloud deployments · AI-Driven Quality Engineering: · Drive adoption of AI-enabled testing: intelligent test generation, prioritization · Enable root cause analysis, defect clustering, and predictive quality insights · Integrate AI into test pipelines and engineering workflows · Domain Expertise – Engineering Systems & IoT: · Experience in engineering systems and IoT-based products (preferably in Electrical domain) · Strong understanding of system/device integration, multi-user and multi-tenant behavior · Validate cloud deployments in multiple environments · Ensure alignment with domain reliability and safety constraints · Quality Governance & Continuous Improvement: · Define and track quality KPIs and release metrics · Drive reduction in defect leakage and improve release stability · Continuously evolve testing frameworks and practices. Use your skills to move the world forward! · Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science. · Overall 12+ years: Test Architect (4+ years) · Experience in IoT application test architecture (preferably in Electrical domain) · Strong expertise in designing and architecting test frameworks and practices for microservices, micro-frontends, and APIs to validate functional and non-functional requirements across integration, system, and production environments. · Experience with automation frameworks, DevOps, and observability. Tools including · Azure DevOps, JIRA, Playwright, Selenium, K6, JMeter, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Allure. · Good knowledge on any Programming and Scripting languages · Containers and Kubernetes · Azure and AWS cloud environments and cloud-native architectures · Strong partner influencing capabilities in large-scale environments.
