Purpose of this position / Position summary:
The incumbent in this role will be responsible for driving sales and growth for ECP channel in assigned territories.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants.
Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales.
Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience.
Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs
New Project planning and execution.
Work closely with the Regional Manager/Cluster Manager for developing sales strategies.
Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.
Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting.
Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time.
Lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSO
Graduation in any stream, MBA in marketing or related subject.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry.
Well versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting Other Skills.
Applicant should be at Sales consultant role who have managed this role for at least 2 years.
Should be very good team player.
