Your role Job Title Territory Manager Sales & Marketing Manager -Railways & Dealer Business Reporting To National Sales Manager – Projects & Railways Location India -Delhi (PAN‑India travel) Role Purpose To drive sales and market development of compressed air dryers and other products for Indian Railways, Production Units, Rail PSUs, Metro projects.By managing approvals, tenders, dealer channels, and key customer relationship Key Responsibilities Railway & PSU Business Development Develop opportunities with Zonal Railways, Production Units (ICF, RCF, CLW, PLW, BLW), RDSO, Metro Rail & Rail PSUs Promote air dryer solutions for locomotive, coach, brake and workshop applications Engage with Mechanical, Electrical, Stores and Maintenance departments Track and manage Railway tenders and enquiries Support negotiations and order finalization Coordinate RDSO / Production Unit approvals, trials and inspections Support developmental orders, field trials and performance evaluations Conduct product presentations and application discussions with Railway officers and dealers Coordinate inspection clearance, dispatch and commissioning support Follow up on warranty, service feedback and payment documentation Dealer Channel Management Appoint and manage Railway‑focused dealers Provide technical, pricing and tendering support to dealers Ensure clear demarcation between direct Railway sales and dealer sales To succeed, you will need Qualifications & Experience Engineering / Diploma / Management graduate 10 –15 years’ experience in Railways, PSU, defence or industrial equipment sales Exposure to compressed air systems / pneumatics / dryers / compressors preferred Willingness to travel extensively Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Indian Railway working & procurement systems Tendering, negotiation and dealer management skills Technical aptitude for industrial equipment Documentation accuracy and compliance orientation Relationship‑driven, results‑oriented approach In return, we offer Culture of trust and accountability Lifelong learning and career growth Innovation powered by people Comprehensive compensation and benefits Health and well-being Job location Remote This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the world.
