- Focuses on supporting customers (expectation approx.75% of time). The function, together with sales, initiates and executes projects with customers that deliver on growth targets within current FY.
- Executes the technical aspects of the project to achieve the project goal both within internal cross functional teams and at customers.
- Has full technical accountability for customized formulation development and
to translate value-based solutions for the customers.
-Together with sales executes the commercial realization of new products/applications.
-Collaborate with operations team on technical customer complaints and customer requested changes.
-Possess detailed application expertise on polymer/ rubber technology and an awareness of project development initiatives with OEMs.
-Initiate lab projects to recommend suitable products to meet customer needs
The following are required for the role
Polymer science/ engineering graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales and development of specialty chemicals.
