Sr. Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter (5–8 years) — US Recruitment




The impact you’ll make



As a US IT Recruiter, you’ll help build the teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and shape how Unisys grows—one great hire at a time.




Key Responsibilities



  • Own end-to-end US IT recruiting for multiple roles and skill sets (5–7 years of relevant experience expected).
  • Source proactively using diverse, data-driven sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, niche platforms, referrals, talent mapping).
  • Qualify candidates through structured screening, assessing technical fit, communication, motivation, and role alignment.
  • Lead candidate engagement: communicate clearly, build trust, and provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Drive offer processes: negotiate compensation expectations, manage closing, and support onboarding readiness.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, advise on talent-market insights, and accelerate hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and recruiting activity tracking and continuously improve sourcing and selection effectiveness.
  • Experience hiring W2 candidate, well versed with VISA and US Tax Terms
  • US recruitment experience only (IT recruiting focus).
  • Ability to work aligned to US Eastern Time: **6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST**.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach with strong sourcing expertise.

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
