Job description
About 2070Health 2070 Health has built India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio — an innovation platform that creates transformative healthcare companies from the ground up.
Unlike an accelerator, the studio is deeply involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions across every venture it builds.
Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology.
About this role We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join early and help shape the product from the ground up.
We want someone who is AI-native — someone who naturally reaches for AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and build better.
What you will do Take ownership of specific product areas — from requirements and specs to sprint reviews and launch Engage deeply with engineering — read code when needed, participate in technical design discussions, flag complexity early Define clear success metrics for each feature and track them post-launch Translate user and business problems into precise, unambiguous product specs Prioritise ruthlessly — say no to good ideas to protect the great ones 2–4 years in product — ecommerce or a technical product where speed, iteration, and data mattered CS degree or prior engineering role — you should be able to go deep with your tech team AI-native in practice — you use AI tools daily and know how to leverage them to do the work of three people Structured thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear pieces and builds a path through them Low ego, high output — closer to the work than to the boardroom Good signals Shipped features end-to-end and can speak to the tradeoffs made Has worked on ecommerce funnels, checkout, catalogue, or order management Comfortable reading API docs, writing SQL, or digging into a data pipeline to find an answer No healthcare background needed — curiosity and the ability to learn a new domain fast is enough This is an early, hands-on role at a venture studio known for building category-defining healthcare companies.
If you have an engineering instinct, a bias for doing, and want to be part of building something from zero — we want to hear from you.
