Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for our rail products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features and enhancements on schedule.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the rail space.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the product meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Software Management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-enabled SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with logistics solutions serving the North American market.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
