1. Daily routine activities :- Team management and daily rounding of the site operations.2. Work Permits :- Raising work permit request for vendor activities and ensuring appropriate approval on time from safety team.3. Vendors follow up:-Regular follow up with vendors for breakdown and AMC services.4. Quotation request:- Quotation request based on the activities shared to the vendor.5. POR:- Raising POR for received quotes for breakdown, spares and follow up with finance team for PO copies.6. CORRIGO : Closing daily inspection tickets on time and follow ups with client team and vendor team in CORRIGO.7. Breakdown Support :- Attending breakdowns of MHE in WH & Logistics, strapping machines, utility equipment issues and regular inspection of equipment working condition.8. Spare movement :- Raising spare movement request for any utility equipment’s sent out for repair and taken approval from maintenance head ,Finance head and Logistics head.9. PM Activities:- Completed regular, weekly, monthly & quarterly PM activities along with ground team and vendor team.10. Documentation:- Maintaining of all the audits reports ,vendor reports, and Equipment check sheets.Weekly :1. Preparation of weekend activities as per PM plan and execution.2. Prepare the Sunday roster for HR approval & transportation.3. Weekend Shutdown activities planning and execution.4. Updated the weekly KPI in JLL-EHS KPI folder.5. Follow up with HK team for all washrooms flushing activity along with plumber and utility area cleaning.Bi-weekly: 1. We will plan utility operational trainings for technical team on Bi-weekly basis from this week onwards. Monthly:1. Preparation of Monthly MMR & Technical data and forwarded .2. Prepare the power bill data(EB & Solar) and sent the invoices through mail to maintenance head & finance head for Approvals.3. Preparation Energy data and water reports and forwarded to EHS team.
