Project description As a Technical Business Analyst within the AI Enablement team, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and autonomous AI solutions. You will not just gather requirements for "tools" but will architect Agentic Workflows—intelligent collaborators capable of independent data gathering, multi-step reasoning, and task execution across the bank’s digital environment. Responsibilities Agentic Workflow Design: Map end-to-end business processes to identify high-value opportunities for autonomous agent intervention in areas like Wealth Management, Risk Management, or Compliance.Autonomy & Guardrail Definition: Define task autonomy, decision thresholds, and escalation paths (Human-in-the-loop) to ensure agents operate within strict compliance and risk frameworks.Technical Specification: Translate business needs into technical designs for Agent Orchestration systems, including Third-Party LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling capabilities via APIs.Goal-Oriented Requirements: Draft "Agent Personas" and behavioral specs, moving beyond simple user stories to define agent goals, constraints, and success metrics.Performance Evaluation: Lead the evaluation of agent reasoning and tool usage, utilizing frameworks like "LLM-as-a-Judge" to ensure decision quality and accuracy. Skills Must have Agentic AI Experience: Proven experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Ideally, 5–7 years of experience in financial services or wealth management, with a strong understanding of COO functions and risk frameworks. Strong understanding of LLM architectures, RAG, and API management. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) is essential. Ability to rethink digital architectures and operational models to embed AI into the fabric of daily decision-making. Nice to have Project exposure on Wealth Management or Private Banking domains.
