We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Business Analyst – Data Quality.




In this role, you will:



  • To manage the ongoing data quality monitoring and control reporting, issue governance, and UAT support for regulatory program (Emporium).
  • The role ensures stable BAU operations while supporting change initiatives through effective testing, defect management, stakeholders including Product owners’ coordination.
  • Own and execute daily data quality monitoring process using existing dashboard and tools. Validate DQ outputs and ensure accurate, insight-driven reporting to program leaderships and business stakeholders.
  • Highlight breaches, trends, and risks with clear business impact
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of DQ issues (logging, triage, prioritization, closure). Drive root cause analysis and sustainable remediation with data owners. Handle day to day queries, production issues, and data discrepancies. Maintain control on issue ageing, repeat defects and backlogs.
  • Support UAT testing and partner with senior leaders to sign off the mapping, data-outputs, and reporting views. Review and validate test cases, perform data validation during UAT cycles. Track and manage defects. Ensure smooth transition into BAU.

To be successful, you will:



  • Competent self-starter, articulate communicator, diligent and attention to detail focused. Experienced in dealing with very large data volumes.
  • Highly effective in influencing and negotiation. Knowledge of the Markets Business preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills – crunching large sets of analysis and testing them against reference data tables. Advanced PPT skills – turning low-level detail into management friendly summaries.
  • Has knowledge working on MI/reporting digital tooling desirable. Experienced in turning large low-level data sets into highly effective management friendly summaries
  • Familiarity with defect tracking / UAT tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Familiarity in using AI tools for data analysis (available in bank’s on-prem system) will be an added advantage.
