Scope:


As a Technical Architect specializing in Category Management, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing system architecture that meets business needs. You will estimate implementation workloads, assess integration complexity, and resolve complex problems independently. With advanced expertise in performance tuning, you will optimize components for specific databases and system configurations, ensuring efficient operation. You will lead upgrade or development projects with full ownership.


Our current technical environment:


• Software: SQL Server, Visual Code, Visual Studio, Jira, GIT, GPT, Azure, Co-pilot, Cursor


• Technology – SQL, C#, Shell Script, Rest API, OAuth, Stored procedure, ETL, SQL Functions, SaaS, AI/ML, Oracle (good to have)


• Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture


• Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (Application gateway, Event Hub, Azure AD)


• Frameworks/Others: MS SQL, RDBMS, Oracle (good to have)


• AI Knowledge: Agents, Workflows, Prompt Engineering, Skills creation


What you’ll do:


• Problem Resolution and Technical Support: Resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance and provide technical support to project teams, including design review, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.


• Technical Analysis and Communication: Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to understand requirements, develop tailored solutions, and clearly communicate solution architecture related to project needs.


• Lead projects with being accountable and responsible for quality and timely delivery.


What we are looking for:


• Min 8-10 years’ work experience in software development.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in Category management.


• 5 to 7 years’ experience in C#, ASP.net, SQL Server.


• 1 or more years of experience in AI usage.


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Development experience and SQL knowledge.


• Expertise in performance tuning and database administration.


• Strong understanding of various technical platforms, infrastructures, and database structures.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues and estimate project timelines, maintaining effective communication.


• Increase reusability with the use of Marketplace items. Design new reusable items using microservices like architecture in SaaS, libraries, dlls.


• Offer directions to customers during implementation, focusing on product performance, support, and maintenance.


• Provide technical support to project teams, including design review, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.


• Contribute to the growth of the practice by developing practice aids and best-practice collateral.


• Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to understand functional and technical requirements, developing tailored solutions.


• Clearly communicate solution architecture and database interactions related to project needs, ensuring compatibility with Blue Yonder policies.


• Enable and provide KT to team on best practices and new technology.


• Should have used AI workflows, agents in day-to-day development work.


• Should have working knowledge of building tools using AI.


• Should have worked in upgrade projects.


• Should have understanding of software development life cycle.
