1. Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, high-performance, transactional web applications using Microsoft technologies.



The role involves leading a development team, driving technical excellence, collaborating with architecture and product teams, and delivering modern cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, CI/CD, relational databases, and knowledge graph technologies.



The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in .NET full stack development, Angular-based front-end development, SQL Server database development, cloud deployment, DevOps practices, secure coding, and Agile delivery.




2. Key Responsibilities



The candidate will be responsible for:



  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level .NET full stack applications.

  • Building responsive front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  • Leading code reviews, ensuring coding standards, and mentoring development team members.

  • Working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Collaborating with architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Supporting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause analysis.
