Essential skills:
New Technology Projects (NTP), New Product Development, Productivity (VAVE), Q&R
Developing strategic projects, and proof of concepts on futuristic cutting-edge technologies, towards future readiness
Diagnose electrical faults and identify root causes
Troubleshoot low‑voltage and line‑voltage electrical systems. Understand and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Assess system performance and detect issues. Test systems thoroughly and document results.
Perform testing and diagnostics using multimeters, megohmmeters, and other instruments
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power electronics, and control systems
Familiarity with electrical failure modes (shorts, opens, drift, thermal stress, EMI/ESD issues)
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, Fault tree analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Experience/Skills and Education:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics or related fields
Work experience: 11+ years in the relevant field of Electrical system development for HVAC and other Industrial products development for Global market
Experience in coaching & mentoring technical know-how to others is preferred.
