Technical Leads are responsible for making application changes to provide the required IT services functionality, and also performing code reviews and authorizing other develepoers work, ensuraing governance around code and application quality. This includes the development and maintenance of custom applications as well as the customization of products from software vendors.

What will your essential responsibilities include?


  • Able to code across full stack, front end, API , back end and DB.
  • Work collaboratively with developers on other teams, internal and external, onshore and offshore.
  • Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.
  • Technically leads other developers, including assignment of work.
  • Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.
  • Assist with the creation of operational guidelines.
  • Assist with technical analysis of solution design.
  • Perform design activities in collaboration with the Technical Architect.
  • Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.Support resolution of defects during application testing phases.
  • Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.
  • May serve as a member of a Major Incident Team.
  • May perform Application Developer duties.

What you will BRING


We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:


Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, business management, or a related field required.
  • Relevant years of hands-on development experience in C#, SQL, .Net Frameworks, Visual Studio, SSMS, TFS/GIT, HTML5, Web API, JSON, XML, REST.
  • Experience with at least one of the modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, BootStrap, Ember etc.
  • Experience with developing with Azure Services is essential Web Apps, Web Jobs, Queuing framework etc.
  • Knowledge of Mordern data storage technologies like Table/Blob Storage, Avro, Parquet etc is nice to have.
  • Robust sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of the user experience.
  • Ability to work constructively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Knowledge / Experience with Test Driven Development.
  • Experience with of Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps processcees.
  • Pasionate about learning and working on new technologies.
  • Exposure of R/Python is nice to have.
  • Experience with complex modeling and /or risk analytics in insurance or financial domain is preferred.
  • Experience working in a geographically distributed project team preferred.
