• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions in the team.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, and design documents.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams on best practices in architecture, design, and secure coding.
• Analyze complex requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable software designs.
• Stay current with modern C# standards and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in C# software development.
• Strong expertise in C# and object-oriented design.
• In-depth knowledge of software patterns (e.g., Singletons, Inversion of Control, MVVM).
• Familiarity with tools like Git, CMake, static code analyzers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding secure coding practices and software development lifecycles in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries (e.g.,
automotive, aerospace, healthcare).
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, or similar regulatory standards is a strong plus.
