Team Leader - Service Operations The incumbent should be able to marshal service resources effectively to cover and maintain good customer relationship on long term basis. The incumbent should bear positive attitude and capacity to think “Out of the Box” to make an efficient, agile, and service driven organisation. The position requires regular domestic travel & frequent interaction with multiple stake holders - customers, distributors, Internal team. Implement Mission of the PTS Division at regional level. Ensure total customer satisfaction. Retain existing customer loyalties. The incumbent should also have a control on service cost with optimum utilization of the service resources in their region and ensure booking of SJA service hours on time. Promote service as a business line & promote parts business. Organize service camps/road shows in coordination with distributor. Special focus on personnel development and create a positive work environment. Develop a concept of taking and giving feedback and ensuring good interpersonal relationship within the team to develop the spirit of “ONE united Team”. Keep PTS receivables under control. Improve Operational excellence by implement & utilizing business tools like PowerConnect, PGA Simulator, MOL, FleetLink, C4C etc. Last Date: 24th May 2026 To succeed, you will need Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Knowledge: 7-10 Years’ experience in handling service Service experience in construction/Mining industries. Good knowledge on Air compressors, Engines will be preferred. Personality Requirements: Excellent communicator with an open-minded attitude Energetic, enthusiastic and has the experience of meeting stringent deadlines and demanding targets. Excellent eye for details and quality Structured with a strong organizational sense.
