Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing team within our Internal Revenue Department (IRD), driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a decisive leader with a visionary approach, you will be instrumental in optimizing processes, mentoring team members, and delivering strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives.


  • Lead, supervise, and manage a team of professionals, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
  • Monitor team performance against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures across all team activities
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and departmental metrics to senior management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a corporate environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, revenue operations, or a related department
  • Proven expertise in team management, staff development, and performance evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in project management and process optimization methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to revenue/tax operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Preferred: Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
  • Preferred: Certification in project management or team leadership
