• Hands on Exp with HIL, SIL methods
• Deep understanding of Electronic system architecture.
• Hands on coding exp with C++ /Python
• Understanding of CAT machines, Machine electronics and Technology features.
• Lead the execution of the verification strategy forMachine Systems (MS)andOp&site products, ensuring independent and scalable verification across both platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the Chennai verification team, improving test design, automation quality, and engineering best practices.
• Drive strategic verification initiatives, including:
  • API Contract Testing
  • Web UI / OpenSite UI verification
  • Automation framework improvements
  • Test tooling and infrastructure enhancements
• Own and coordinate strategic initiatives such asDay in Dirt, ensuring successful planning and execution. 
• Build and strengthen verification capabilities by identifying process improvements, standardising workflows, and increasing automation coverage.
• Support complex technical investigations, root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem solving across product teams.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering, product, and verification teams to ensure consistent verification approaches and alignment with product roadmaps.
• Represent the Chennai verification organization during customer demonstrations, field events, and engineering engagements such asDimensions,CONEXPO, and machine validation activities, while building deeper machine and product expertise.
• Coach and develop engineers through test plan reviews, test strategy discussions, and mentoring, reducing dependency on key individuals and improving overall teamcapability
