This role delivers Serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader to the TA Leadership Team. Drives operating cadence, performance analytics, engagement, and strategic initiatives to enable execution excellence across the US TA function.


How you will contribute


You will:


  • Partner closely with TA Leadership to translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive execution discipline across the function, ensuring initiatives remain on track, aligned to milestones, and deliver intended impact.
  • Own TA governance, operating rhythm, and reporting (QBRs, dashboards, executive updates).Leads TA performance analytics, KPI tracking, and insight-driven recommendations to improve speed, quality, cost, and experience.
  • Drive communications, engagement, and capability-building initiatives across the US TA organization.
  • Lead and/or support high-impact strategic initiatives to address inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

  • Operates with high autonomy in driving strategic initiatives and execution standards.

  • Proactively identifies risks, constraints, and opportunities; escalates thoughtfully with proposed solutions
  • Balances structure and agility to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exercises sound judgment in handling sensitive organizational matters.
  • Constructively challenges the status quo and holds leadership accountable to strategic commitments.
  • Partners with the TA community to drive execution excellence and team’s engagement.
  • Drives change management across the TA function to enable adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors.
  • Drives accountability across initiative owners to ensure commitments are met.

Work schedule:
US Shift timings - 7pm or 8pm IST onwards
Working days - Monday to Friday
2 days a week - Work from home (days as fixed by the TA Hub)
3 days a week - Work from office (days as fixed by the TA Hub)
