Eram Talent is seeking a Systems & Digital Operations Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The Systems & Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the effective day-to-day administration, reliability, and continuity of TKS digital systems, user devices, and classroom technology that support teaching, learning, admissions, communications, and school operations.
The role also provides operational support to the Operations team, contributing to school-wide readiness, coordination, and delivery.
This is a non-managerial, hands-on role focused on execution, support, and coordination in line with TKS policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and support core school systems including PowerSchool , Toddle, and Google Workspace for Education.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with school policies and data protection standards.
Monitor system availability and ensure timely escalation of technical issues.
Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of devices (iPads, laptops, and peripherals).
Maintain device inventory, lifecycle management, and coordinate repairs or replacements with vendors.
Provide support for classroom and shared-space AV systems (projectors, displays, conferencing tools).
Assist teachers and staff with basic troubleshooting for lessons, meetings, and school events.
Support academic year readiness including onboarding, class setup, and device allocation.
Maintain documentation, track tickets, licenses, warranties, and vendor coordination.
Provide operational and cross-functional support to Academic, Admissions, HR, and Operations teams.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
Hands-on experience supporting user devices such as laptops and tablets.
Familiarity with systems like PowerSchool , Toddle, or similar SIS/LMS platforms.
Experience working with Google Workspace for Education or similar tools.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
Experience supporting non-technical users, ideally in a school environment.
Basic knowledge of AV/classroom technology systems.
Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and IT security practices.
