Job Description: Provides technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring timetomarket readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness. Develops and implements product design, development, and validation tools and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production. Evaluates, designs, and develops new software and hardware fixtures and utilizes tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance. Creates product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral. Collaborates and enables internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver latest products in the market. Partners with customer R&D and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer DFx requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related specialized field. - 5+ years of experience in C programming. - 5+ years of experience developing UEFI firmware and/or BIOS. - 5+ years of experience with client/server architecture. - Proficiency in C programming with demonstrated experience in firmware algorithm design and secure code development. - Knowledge of computer architecture fundamentals and technology domain expertise. - Experience with code review practices and disciplined execution in software development processes. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate in group settings to address technical challenges. - Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with firmware lifecycle practices, including testing and validation methodologies. - Passion for innovation, teamwork, and performing to values that align with Intel's mission.
