Overview:



The Application Administrator – Evolution Product will be responsible for the operational stability, configuration, and maintenance of the Evolution application environment. This role requires strong knowledge of IIS, Azure Active Directory (AD), and system administration to ensure smooth application performance, security, and user access management.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Administer and support the Evolution application across development, test, and production environments.
  • Manage and configure IIS (Internet Information Services) for application hosting and troubleshooting.
  • Handle user access management and authentication integration using Azure Active Directory.
  • Perform regular system administration tasks, including patching, backups, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Monitor application health, logs, and services, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with development, DBA, infrastructure, and support teams for deployment and issue resolution.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes according to organizational policies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Support security audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide on-call or after-hours support during critical releases or incidents (as required).
  • Support UAT and production rollouts and ensure compliance with change management processes.

Requirements / Skills:



  • 3–5 years of experience in Application Administration, System Administration, or related IT roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS – configuration, site management, bindings, SSL, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory – user/group management, SSO integration, and role-based access control.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including services, scheduled tasks, and performance monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of SQL Server (queries, permissions, and database connectivity).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and deployment automation tools.

Education



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
