Supply Chain Master Data Specialist

The Data Engineer is responsible for analyzing data sets and conducting root cause analysis, ensuring high data integrity and reliability while identifying opportunities for process improvements and working under direct supervision. The role works closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and IT professionals and translates business requirements into technical solutions, uses Python, Scala, or Java and implements data transformation algorithms to enhance data processing efficiency. The role maintains technical documentation, implements data governance frameworks and assists in conducting validation and verification activities. The role also creates and updates data analysis charts, graphs, and dashboards tailored to meet specific operational and departmental needs.

Your role:

• Maintaining master data in SAP and related tools, including creation and modification of records from various master data domains and assurance of correct data flow towards and from the customer

  
  
  

• Ensuring high level data quality and reliability by monitoring if the information maintained in the systems is correct and up to date

  
  
  

• Creating and sharing mandatory reports to support business operations along with building relationships and assuring effective communication with internal stakeholders

  
  
  

• Sharing best practices on data management and supporting employees from within the Master Data Team, Order Management and other related departments

  
  
  

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

  
  
  

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in the execution of the processes in ERP environment, preferably SAP

  
  
  

• Strong communication skills in the English language (written & verbal)

  
  
  

• Attention to details Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence

  
  
  

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an asset

  
  
  

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office based role.
