Job SummaryUnder general supervision, the role utilizes statistical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and validated planning parameters to translate demand plans into actionable supply and inventory plans & Export logistics skills. Key ResponsibilitiesSupply & Demand Planning
- Analyze supply and demand trends and identify risks and opportunities over a 12-month horizon.
- Disaggregate demand plans and align supply and inventory plans accordingly.
- Monitor demand and inventory signals to identify abnormalities and take corrective actions.
- Execute approved forecast adjustments to ensure alignment with aggregate demand plans.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Optimize inventory levels using analytics and planning tools while considering operational constraints.
- Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to ensure the right part is delivered at the right time, quantity, and location.
- Perform regular checks and updates on planning parameters (min/max levels, reorder points, etc.).
Planning Systems & KPI Management
- Utilize materials planning systems as the primary tool for managing supply and demand plans.
- Run simulations to assess the impact of planning parameter changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and interpret materials KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Logistics KPI's & Invoice related skills-Import/Export
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and logistics to ensure alignment.
- Support data gathering and analysis through research and reporting.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality, safety, and process optimization.
Health, Safety & Quality
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, and procedures.
- Follow standard work processes and quality guidelines.
- Report any safety incidents, hazards, or non-compliance.
General Responsibilities
- Take ownership of supply, demand, and inventory plans.
- Maintain flexibility to support additional business requirements as needed.
