Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Supervisor, RFI & Content Specialization to lead and optimize the management of RFI responses and content strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment of all documentation and deliverables while driving efficiency and collaboration across teams. You will develop and guide a high-performing team, partner with subject matter experts, and continuously improve processes to enhance output and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Lead and manage the RFI (Request for Information) and content management function, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and strategically aligned deliverables


  • Oversee the RFI content library, including maintenance of systems and tools supporting content management


  • Support the completion of RFIs and questionnaires in collaboration with internal stakeholders


  • Drive operational efficiencies to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of outputs


  • Ensure all team-produced documentation is accurate, updated, and aligned with organizational objectives


  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality content and knowledge sharing


  • Participate in product release readiness discussions and assign team representation where applicable


  • Support departmental leadership on strategic initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts


  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members, providing guidance on daily work, priorities, and escalations


  • Assign and distribute workload to optimize productivity and meet deadlines


  • Partner with leadership to track team performance, goals, and compliance metrics


  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, collaboration, and consistency across teams


What We Look For


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment


  • Minimum 5 years of experience within RFI, content management, or related functions (e.g., project management or commercial operations)


  • Demonstrated experience using proposal/content management tools (e.g., Qvidian, Responsive)


  • Proven ability to mentor, train, and support the development of team members


  • Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms


  • Strong analytical, written, communication, time management, and organizational skills


  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment


  • Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams


  • Based in India or able to work in India in alignment with local employment requirements
