Department OverviewAs a team member, you will provide exceptional support and services to the System and customers in India during the Warranty and Maintenance Agreements signed. You can work with a talented and passionate group of professionals dedicated to making a difference in your job.
Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key duties include maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and providing regular progress reports to management.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, close attention to detail, and a dedicated commitment to customer service.
Basic RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in field support or customer service.
