Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the NOEDRA Node Suite within Digital Grid. The NOEDRA Node Suite brings together the Substation Digitalization and Asset Condition Monitoring portfolios, each led by dedicated segment and subsegment product teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in portfolio management, digital grid technologies, and cross-functional coordination, combined with the ability to align multiple product teams toward shared objectives. In this role, you will drive suite-level alignment, roadmap synchronization, and execution governance across the NOEDRA Node Suite, ensuring coherence with the broader Digital Grid strategy. While product strategy and detailed roadmaps remain owned by the respective product teams, you will ensure coordinated execution, technology alignment, and integration across the suite. You will collaborate closely with subsegment product teams, engineering, technology management, and development partners to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready digital grid solutions. The successful candidate will combine portfolio leadership with enterprise-level thinking to ensure execution discipline, technology coherence, and long-term value creation across the NOEDRA Node Suite. Key Responsibilities: Drive alignment of the Substation Digitalization and Asset Condition Monitoring portfolios under the NOEDRA Node Suite toward common suite-level objectives and Digital Grid priorities. Ensure coordinated execution across product teams while respecting segment and subsegment ownership of product strategy and roadmaps. Facilitate cross-portfolio roadmap synchronization to manage dependencies, shared milestones, and integration planning across the suite. Maintain a consolidated NOEDRA Node Suite portfolio view, including initiatives, risks, resource dependencies, and delivery progress. Drive portfolio governance processes, ensuring structured prioritization, transparency, and execution discipline across product teams. Collaborate with Technology Management to ensure alignment of technology direction, interoperability, and scalable solution deployment across the suite. Coordinate engagement with development partners to ensure aligned execution, efficient resource utilization, and consistent implementation standards. Define and monitor suite-level KPIs to track performance, integration effectiveness, delivery progress, and overall portfolio health. Identify cross-portfolio risks and escalate misalignments impacting execution, integration, or Digital Grid strategic objectives. Lead regular NOEDRA Node Suite alignment forums to institutionalize collaboration, transparency, and structured decision-making across product teams. Provide structured reporting to DG Portfolio leadership on suite-level performance, alignment status, and execution progress. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Power Systems, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in digital grid, substation technologies, or infrastructure digitalization environments, with demonstrated portfolio or multi-product coordination experience. Proven experience in portfolio management, including roadmap alignment, prioritization, dependency management, and cross-team execution oversight. Strong understanding of substation digitalization and condition monitoring solution environments. Solid understanding of industrial digital technologies and system integration within complex infrastructure ecosystems. Experience aligning product, engineering, and technology teams within matrixed organizations. Strong understanding of technology interoperability, integration challenges, and scalable solution deployment in critical infrastructure environments. Experience working with development partners and technology stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery and alignment. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct ownership of product strategy. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, governance-oriented approach to execution. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication capabilities. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
