  • Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy strategy to become a Sustainability Leader.
  • We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent project management skills and potentially having experience with Sustainability topics (Environmental, Social, Governance).
  • You will be adding value through insurance of compliance with Sustainability regulations and contributing to EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

How You Will Make An Impact


  • Conduct supplier data due diligence (data collection, HS codes) for CBAM/EUDR
  • Validate data against PO line items (material codes, descriptions) using HS codes
  • Coordinate with Procurement to resolve discrepancies ; track closure
  • Monitor amendments in Material Management (MM) by Procurement and Customs
  • Finalize validated data and communicate to vendors
  • Engage vendors on CBAM/EUDR submissions and manage discrepancies
  • Configure and manage due diligence tools and workflows
  • Monitor CBAM/EUDR data quality; perform risk assessments and mitigation
  • Build dashboards to visualize status, KPIs, and compliance progress
  • Prepare CBAM import declarations/quarterly reports; compile EUDR due diligence statements
  • Maintain CBAM/EUDR data repositories; support internal/external reporting and audits
  • Drive continuous improvement (SOPs, controls, training)
  • Collaborate with due diligence initiatives and cross-functional teams
  • What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management skills
  • Advanced Leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Data proficiency (Excel, Power BI; validation and large datasets)
  • Basic legal/regulatory knowledge (CBAM/EUDR, HS/CN codes)
  • Supplier management, networking, and issue resolution
  • Good language skills in English
  • Sustainability competence (ESG)
  • Experience with procurement processes (POs, MM master data, vendor onboarding)
