Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Subject Matter Expert- CoE WWM located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Monitor Pulse action health for GBS and non-GBS deployed sites.

  
  
• Provide support to Pulse users, including query resolution and action-drive assistance.
• Serve as a liaison between business owners and end users for Pulse enhancement requests.
• Prepare presentations and facilitate monthly reviews with KOI stakeholders covering action health, Pulse updates, and enhancements.
• Publish newsletters communicating new Pulse updates.
• Develop training materials, maintain SOP documentation, and update wiki/SharePoint pages.
• Deliver user training on the Pulse tool and Pulse dashboard updates.
• Drive special projects on continuous Improvement
• Support UAT and ad hoc projects related to reporting and analysis.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Graduate (or equivalent) with 5 years of experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including strong Data Analysis & presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Working knowledge of Tableau
• Working knowledge of AI Assistants (Microsoft Copilot)
