Structural Design Engineer

The project: 

Aviation project with focus on airport structures such as terminal buildings, ATC towers, cargo terminal, hangars, metro stations, ancillary buildings, non-aeronautical buildings etc. in Ahmedabad.
Design delegated elements of M/E/P systems to concept stage meeting business, statutory legal and contractual requirements for Government programs with an ensuing role of Technical Assurance 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Shape structural systems to concept stage, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal and contractual requirements, and delivering technical assurance.
• Support design delivery by maintaining design principles through developed design and construction phases.
• Assist client processes including tenders, condition surveys and handover activities.
• Guide design development, managing outputs in line with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across design disciplines, client teams and construction partners.
• Lead and develop teams, supporting training, appraisals, career growth and embedding digital and net zero practices.
• Deliver reporting and engagement, producing information and participating in client meetings and design workshops.
• Drive improvement by engaging with business directives and proactively managing carbon emissions and reductions.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
