  • Enforce adherence to material handling safety standards (e.g., using appropriate tools and PPE).
  • Conduct regular safety drills and training for contract workers handling materials.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, and other organizational and industry standards.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly reports on inventory levels, material movement
  • Identify and implement initiatives to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
  • Develop SOPs for store operations to standardise procedures and minimize errors.
