While computing veers towards cognitive, cloud, mobile, social, and security, the lab has significantly contributed to not just new products focused in these areas, but has also ushered in new development models such as Agile, Design Thinking and DevOps.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled 'Full Stack Developer' with over 3 years of expertise in software product development, design, and support in enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on responsibility for design, implementation, test and support.

.Software Development and Maintenance:

oLead the design, development and implementation of front-end and back-end software components for storage and backup products, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.

.Product Support:

oProvide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product inquiries and issues.

oCollaborate with product management to align technical solutions with business goals.

.Troubleshooting and Debugging:

oInvestigate and resolve complex software issues, excellent debugging and analysis skills.

oWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

.Continuous Improvement:

oStay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies, Java development practices, Front end development and software design principles.

Required technical and professional expertise

*.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

.Extensive over 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, including product development and support.And, exposure to other programming languages, development / test environments, and related diagnostic tools.

.Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

.Experience with RESTful web services and APIs using technologies such as Spring MVC, JAX-RS, and Swagger.

.Familiarity with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS and AngularJS, as well as HTML5. CSS3.

.Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

.Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.

.Exposure to Product Development lifecycle activities is desired.

.Exposure to Design Thinking, UX & UI design is desired.

.Good to have experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
