We are looking for a seasoned UI/UX Team Lead with deep Angular expertise and a strong background in Change Management and Orchestration tooling. In this role, you will lead a team of frontend engineers to design and deliver enterprise-grade Angular applications that drive change management workflows and orchestration processes - enabling teams to manage complex, multi-step operations with clarity, control, and confidence.


What You'll Do


  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Angular developers, code reviews.
  • Architect and deliver scalable Angular applications that support change management workflows and orchestration-driven operations.
  • Design intuitive UI experiences for complex, multi-step orchestration processes, ensuring clarity and control for end users.
  • Define and enforce frontend coding standards, component architecture patterns, and testing strategies across the team.
  • Integrate Angular applications with backend orchestration engines and workflow APIs, ensuring reliable and performant data flows.
  • Lead performance optimization efforts including lazy loading, change detection tuning, bundle analysis, and build efficiency.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex orchestration concepts into clean, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design for frontend builds, automated testing, and enterprise deployment workflows.
  • Champion access control implementation on the frontend, including RBAC, ABAC, and Azure AD / SSO integration patterns.

  • Product & Program Managers - to translate change management requirements into actionable frontend roadmaps and sprint deliverables.
  • Security & Architecture Teams - to ensure enterprise security compliance.
  • QA / Automation Engineers - to define frontend testability requirements and support automated test coverage across workflows.
  • Executive & Technical Leadership - to communicate progress, surface engineering risks, and present architectural decisions clearly.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate


  • 7+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or frontend architect role.
  • Deep expertise in Angular (v14+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita.
  • Hands-on experience building UIs for change management, workflow orchestration, or process automation platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, micro-frontends, and Angular module federation.
  • Proven experience integrating Angular applications with orchestration engines, workflow APIs, or event-driven backend services.
  • Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization - OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, ABAC, and Azure AD / SSO patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and visualize complex, multi-step processes into intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and enterprise project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proven track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across cross-functional, distributed teams.
