Create executive-level visibility into program health through concise reporting, actionable insights, and data-driven status updates.
Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-release reviews to ensure smooth product launches.
Monitor critical-path dependencies and align stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and strategic priorities.
Facilitate technical discussions and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve architectural, API, integration, and platform-related challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, operational transparency, and execution quality.
Foster strong partnerships across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams to support business growth and innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit 10–14 years of Technical Program Management experience, including leading large-scale, multi-team technology programs.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand architecture, APIs, distributed systems, event-driven platforms, and complex engineering dependencies.
Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and external dependencies.
Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices, release management, dependency management, and program governance.
Experience working with AI-powered products, platform ecosystems, or highly scalable SaaS environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and drive proactive resolutions.
