What will you do?


We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to drive end to end delivery of AI initiatives. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide teams in building scalable GenAI solutions, predictive models, and enterprise data platforms.


You will own solution delivery, technical quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead design and delivery of GenAI and agent-based solutions, ensuring scalability and governance.


  • Architect and oversee development of Python-based APIs and AI services.


  • Establish engineering standards for performance, testing, monitoring, and deployment.


  • Drive adoption of LLMOps/MLOps best practices, including evaluation, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.


  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers.


  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps.


  • Ensure security, compliance, and data governance across AI solutions.


Required Qualifications:


  • 12+ years of experience in AI delivery.


  • 3+ years leading technical teams or complex workstreams.


  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).


  • Experience deploying enterprise GenAI solutions.


  • Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and API design.


  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


Good to have skills


  • Experience embedding AI into CRM/ERP systems.


  • Familiarity with BI tools and semantic data modeling.


  • Exposure to supply chain or commercial analytics domains.


  • Ability to design integrated AI + automation workflows.


Education


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
