We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team! This position requires influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the purchase experience across online retail seamless and delightful. The ideal candidate is excited by technology, passionate about learning and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional experience. Key job responsibilities
1. Drive the SDLC process end-to-end through structured mechanisms from ideation to launch of product features and post launch tracking of adoption and business metrics improvements
2. Collaborate with wider stakeholders to identify customer pain points and influence the product and delivery roadmap to address the same.
3. Inspect & adapt the delivery processes to bring continuous improvements in quality and speed.
4. Share knowledge and best practices within and across SWA teams
5. Driving technical programs related to invoicing/billing customers for the logistics services that Amazon Shipping provides to them, and the subsequent process around the collection management of the payments received from our customers will be one of the key area of responsibility
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in FinTech domain with UPI, digital wallets, cards , driving programs involving Billing and Payment flows (Accounts Payable, Account Receivable) and having interface with accounting, tax systems, Ledger systems, is highly desired
