Using your understanding of business processes, enterprise tools, automation, and integrated systems, you will maintain a roadmap of enhancements that drive measurable business outcomes.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Understanding: Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of internal customers to drive operational efficiency and improved business outcomes.
  • Platform as a Product: Own and prioritize the roadmap and product strategy for your platform, ensuring it delivers value, aligns with compliance requirements, and supports GTM strategy.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional specifications for tool, workflow, and data changes in partnership with Technical Product Managers, Business Analysts, and system administrators.
  • Product Requirement Documentation: Write and maintain clear, concise PRDs that align stakeholders and guide development.
  • Operational Expertise: Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements in your domain and incorporate them into the roadmap for scalable, efficient operations.
  • Ensure platform changes align with audit, compliance, and financial reporting requirements. Identify risks early and build mitigation strategies into the roadmap.
  • AI Enablement & Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and lead AI-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, forecasting, workflow optimization, and development productivity. Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and enforce data standards, validation rules, and governance practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across platforms.
  • Continuously assess system and workflow scalability. Proactively redesign processes to support business growth, evolving GTM strategies, and increasing transaction volume.
  • Partner with Engineering and RevOps to design scalable integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, ERP, and other GTM systems. Ensure architectural decisions support long-term maintainability and growth.
  • Metrics Orientation: Define and track KPIs, engagement, and usage metrics to measure impact and inform prioritization.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate prioritization and trade-off decisions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Industry Trends: Stay current on tools, best practices, and GTM trends relevant to your platform to inform strategy and roadmap.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business process improvement, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or related background.
  • Familiarity with core GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MAP, CPQ, billing, ERP) depending on domain.
  • Experience applying product management methodology: discovery, customer interviews, establishing customer-centric requirements, and writing functional design documentation.
  • Experience taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design, all the way to market
  • Experience working within technical teams, delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance product and development workflows and efficiencies.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Engineering, Finance, GTM leaders) to deliver innovative solutions.
