Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing and failure analysis to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of automotive components. Execute test procedures, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Manage testing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality guidelines. Need to be familiar with automotive component testing standards like USCAR,GMW ,IEC,VW etc.
Familiar in Electrical tests like IR, Derating, Temperature raise, Dielectric strength, current cycling etc.
Hands on experience in working with Environmental chambers like climate chamber, thermal shock, oven etc.
Experience in UTM, pressure vacuum test etc.
