Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary functional SME for Blue Yonder (BY) Demand, providing expert guidance on system capabilities, forecasting processes, and best practices.
  • Manage configurations, parameter tuning, and environment updates across BY Demand modules to ensure optimal system performance and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive supply chain KPIs, including improving forecast accuracy, harmonizing demand planning processes, and enabling continuous performance improvements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, streamlining demand planning workflows and recommending system enhancements aligned with business needs.
  • Support the end‑to‑end demand forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy of inputs, timely data availability, and consistent execution of forecast processes.
  • Collaborate closely with SCM planners, business analysts, IT teams, and project managers, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into system configurations and providing clarity on solution impacts.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer to planners and support teams, fostering self‑sufficiency and consistent adoption of best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain within the manufacturing industry, with hands‑on exposure to complex planning environments.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including planning constraints, variability, and factory dynamics.
  • Deep expertise in Blue Yonder Demand modules, including Demand 360, statistical forecasting, lifecycle planning, and demand sensing.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with BY tools configuration, data modeling, workflow setup, and solution optimization.
  • Strong foundation in forecasting concepts and end‑to‑end supply chain planning processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis techniques, and system integration concepts (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience designing, building, testing, and supporting end‑to‑end supply chain planning solutions—primarily in JDA Demand and Cognitive Demand Planning (CDP).
  • Expertise in two or more JDA/Blue Yonder modules, such as Demand and Inventory Optimization (IO).
  • Expert‑level knowledge of optimization and heuristic solvers used within the above BY modules.
  • Experience with ODS/SCPO platform (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or MBA in Operations, or an equivalent technical discipline.
