We are currently seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Salesforce, LWC, Rest API Integration, CI/CD, GitOps - Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST API integrations, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and GitOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
2. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
5. Follow GitOps practices for version control, code reviews, and release management.
6. Write efficient, reusable, and testable code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
7. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
8. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of solutions.
9. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance.
10. Work on data migration, data integration, and data quality initiatives.
11. Ensure security and compliance with Salesforce platform standards.
12. Provide technical support and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6–9 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment strategies
• Proficiency in Git and GitOps practices
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data model
• Experience in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning

Good to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)
