YOUR ROLE


As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator and Developer on our team you'll:


  • Configure and customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.


  • Implement and maintain declarative automation, including Flow, Process Builder (legacy), and Workflow Rules.


  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business decision-making.


  • Perform data maintenance tasks like mass data loads


  • Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).


  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs


  • Troubleshoot and resolve development-related issues and bugs.


  • Provide daily support for Salesforce users, resolving issues and troubleshooting problems.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 


Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:


  • 3-7 years of overall Salesforce experience.


  • Salesforce Administrator and developer Certification.


  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration (user management, data management, security settings, reports, dashboards).


  • Experience with declarative automation tools  e.g. Flow and approval process, approval rules


  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.


  • Experience with Salesforce integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs)


  • Proficient in data manipulation (Excel vlookup, deduplication, filters).


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.


  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
