This role leads DEA related Initiatives for ROW marketplaces. Specifically, own a) Reduction of Pre-slam DEA across ROW; b) DEA Defect attribution enhancements and related Program Management; c) Define goals and drive stakeholder alignments; d) Provide business leading insights on DEA vs Speed.
The role requires defining strategy and owning the execution of Analytics roadmap for ROW marketplaces wrt to DEA/Reliability. Requires partnership and frequent engagements with Senior leadership on a regular basis.
Key job responsibilities
Individual in this role should build appropriate mechanisms to influence without authority, delegate effectively and drive results.
Should balance assigning of initiatives based on strengths/development objective of team members and meeting organization goals.
Considering the business priorities and product launch roadmap in these areas, individual in this role should partner with Operations leadership to define the operating plan and analytics roadmap. Should enforce rigorous prioritization basis impact and business criticality. Should balance efforts on bridging critical gaps in existing reporting/tools/capabilities and building IN/ECCF-first capabilities. Should be aware of analytics solutions centrally available and effectively leverage them for executing the vision for IN and ECCF analytics.
Should be able to drive consensus through influence and relying on mechanisms/tenets, and communicate crisply to team and stakeholders. Should be proactive in identifying risks to the deliverables, mitigate those independently and surfacing them before they become roadblocks. Participate in WBRs, MBRs and OP reviews
Measures team progress, solution quality, customer/stakeholder experience and define operational performance metrics that show improvements.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
